As much as we try, we can't think our way out of trauma. Learn how to regulate your nervous system and step out of your mind and into your body for full liberation

There is such a powerful healing energy when the feminine comes together in a sacred space . Get ready to open your heart, release old stuck energy & connect to your intuition. Together we will embrace what it's like to fully connect and align within and let go of what no longer serves you.

Learn about the delicate dance between your energetic bodies. This week will be an exploration into the essential essence of feminine energy balanced with the stillness of the masculine. The more you feel whole the less you feel lack. As you discover the power in getting present to the wholeness within you start to see your worth. You see the power you've always had in creating the life you desire.

Identifying your Shadow/ Inner child healing
This week we explore unconscious aspects of the self that have been hidden in the dark, in which have kept us living in a cycle that has kept us small. As we bring awareness to those shadows, they no longer run you. YOU will then have the power & freedom within
